Tay is basically still doing the same job an asst. does - perhaps she has a tiny more responsabilities. but seriously nothing amazing.
with her 3 yrs experience with Rachel, you would expect she has, at least, her small clients and editorials work to do. But she has nothing. I think she should freelance on her day-off. I mean a lot of young stylists sometimes work on weekends or at night with their shopping samples and create stuff for their book. she has a no-limit access to the outfits. I really like her and feel for her. But sometimes "just do it" instead of complaining.

I wonder if she's ever worked with another stylist before. has she ever ?

How old is she ? 24-25 ?

I seriously doubt I would like to work with Rachel. She is famous ... But there's no responsability. I prefer to work with someone who leave you more autonomy after such a long time.

But perhaps the show doesn't show us everything.
(she seems to still work at Zoe camp, though. non ? her twitter lets believe this. by the way : Brad sux if he thinks scooters are not cool. he definitely doesn't have the french-cool sense of style ! just pretends !)

I thought it was really sweet of Taylor to let Brad go to Paris instead. I don't know if I'll be capable of doing that especially if going to Paris for fashion week was my childhood dream.

Rachel pushing the responsibility to Taylor to make the decision is seriously not good. She's the boss! She should have decided.

^Yeah I agree. I understand that she's not confrontational but even I got a bit frustrated with her when she made Tay decide. I thought it was really nice of her to let Brad go because I sure as heck wouldn't have, although I would be worried leaving him in LA by himself and taking care of the three jobs that came up. I am so hooked on this show it's insane.
