so has anyone that lives in los angeles gone to the Row sample sale that was today?

i called around 4 p.m. (georgia time--which is 1 p.m. in california time) and they said that they would accept phone call orders; so i told her what i was looking for and she said she'd call me back in a couple of minutes... so a couple hours went by and i called again, and she said that they were super busy and she'd MAKE SURE to call me by the end of the sample sale. she didn't. so thirty minutes after the sale ended, i called to make sure she didn't forget about me, but nobody was picking up my calls, it just kept ringing over and over again. therefore, i thought that they were just packing up and about to leave, and i thought she'd eventually call me back. so i called about 4-5 times, staying on the line four like 3-4 minutes, but of course i got no response.. UGH

sorry about my long rant, i'm just so annoyed right now! hopefully some of you got better luck than i did!

but wish me luck--maybe she'll call me back!

I'm not surprised. It's so frustrating, but when people are faced with a sale right in front of them, versus the hassle of one on the phone, they will go for the former. They should have just said so upfront though.

It makes sense Lauren would wear them since she modelled their lookbook and is an inspiration. Not sure when those top images are from but the one with the kid is from their lookbook from a year ago or so?

Their website is alright but I hate the layout of the stores. First, it doesn't break them down by country, secondly they break cities down into sections but also keep the whole city. For example, they list wimbledon village, richmond and marylebone village as separate place but also have London where they list harvey nichols which is confusing.

i wish that the site would be more customer and fan of line friendly - like examples of clothes, idea behind the brand and all. Not only video and links to online stores plus list of country places to buy .

yeah that's quite amazing plus i really feel that both thinks that way and it's not just smart marketing move - call me naive plus the women "used" in this video are not model or celebrities ( lauren hutton is of course but she is quite off spotlight plus she is really not-first-page talking person, but very private and smart woman ) so it's add the creditbility.
