I think it's pretty easy to tell it's the Row, or in the very least, not AA or Nation Ltd. who don't really make that sheer of tee's or in that shape. I can perhaps understand Europeans or non-Americans saying they'd rather buy YSL than the Row since they are pretty much the same price point outside of the US, but it's not at the same price point in the states and they didn't intend it to be. But I do think people are unfairly harsh on this line considering there are a lot of new designers out who charge the same prices.

not lna...apparently topshop has similar shirts but i have not seen what they look like

^I haven't seen anything else out there even remotely comparable to the fit and fabric quality of The Row out there, which is why I think the line is so great.

if you want similar fit but less luxe fabric try rick owens tees. they are constructed in the same exact way (single back seam), but are mostly made of pure cotton as opposed to the Row's viscose(modal?) fabric. I know there are also some RO silk/acetate tees out there but they get snags so easily.

i went to barneys yesterday to take a peek at the line..it was nice..but not quite worth the price tag in my opinion..

I have a black T from them, and I love it! It is the best T I have ever owned. Fits perfectly. The fabric is really nice as well. They do not compare to AA T's on any level.

Im sure this question has been answered at some stage in the thread, but does anyone know anywhere in Barcelona or Lisbon where they might have the row?? Im heading for a holiday soon and am hoping I can get a hold of a tee...

^Every once in a while a few tees and tanks have been known to crop up on eBay. If you can't find anything in your location, I would suggest saving a search there.

I was just at Barney's in Seattle and they have a full stock of black and white t-shirts, a few t-shirt dresses, and pretty much a full size run of the leather leggings/pants, and bandage skirt and dresses in two different colours. The t-shirts are so amazing in person but I just can't justify spending that much for a t-shirt. Beautiful though! Especially the leather leggings!
