The Row - The All-Things The Row Thread

I was just at Barney's in Seattle and they have a full stock of black and white t-shirts, a few t-shirt dresses, and pretty much a full size run of the leather leggings/pants, and bandage skirt and dresses in two different colours. The t-shirts are so amazing in person but I just can't justify spending that much for a t-shirt. Beautiful though! Especially the leather leggings!:heart:

They had pretty much the same stock at Barneys in NY. I really like the bandage skirt and leather pants. I might go back and try those on.

Did anybody try on the leather pants?

Does anyone know how much those leather leggings are from The Row video? And where they're in stock right now? Thanks!

Weren't they around $1800 or so? I could be wrong there, but I think they are still available, but quantities anywhere would be HIGHLY limited, as all their pieces are limited production, it seems. :)

I absolutely LOVE the V-neck white T. It fits like an absolute dream. I think mine's the cotton blend. It's sheer and slouchy in the right way and looks great paired with leggings or skinny jeans. It's also a bit long, which I love. I'd love to get a dozen of these, but they're too expensive. So since LnA, American Apparel, and Nation LTD. don't seem to compare (according to people here; I haven't actually seen LnA or Nation LTD in person, just the AA, which I agree doesn't compare at all), can anyone point me to links of similar shirts for maybe under $70? :)

I saw the leather pants at Barneys abut two weeks ago but when I went back to try them on they were sold out.

I think Helmut Lang's tops and tanks are similar in style (super soft and a little sheer) and are less expensive.

I love how understated and chic the Row is. I'm going to Dubai and Bahrain in a couple months time and I hope to buy a couple of tees or vests, I wish I could afford the leather leggings though, they're just amazing!

if anyone cares, i created a page for THE ROW on facebook
PM if you want the link to join :flower:

It depends on it's fibre content, if they're natural (& the thread too) they'd take the dye, so I couldn't see why not. But if they're man made I wouldn't do it. Question is does anyone know the fibre content?!

oh wow, thanks RayleighR!
Does anyone know the fibre content? I will be able to find out soon myself, if no one knows before that... if it says it on the label..?

I would not risk it as even if the skirt itself takes colour... the threads might be synthetic and still be green..

does anyone know where to get the row bandage skirt in black?
how does it run as far as sizing? I'm curvier in the hips, so I'm a bit nervous to order if I can't try it on
