So, I watched it yesterday, finally.

The music, costumes were great.

Kristen really let me down, like she didn't know what she was doing in that movie..... She kept her mumbling (?), she could have done better, I liked her in the scene where Cherie fights with Lita, but in general, I am really disappointed....

Dakota, on the other hand, was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She was sexy, fierce, talented. I really LOVED her performance. The girl truly knows how to act!!!!!!!!

I was a little apprehensive about watching the movie at first but I'm glad I did! Loved it! The costumes, the music, Dakota and Kristen were all amazing!

Just watched the DVD last night. I'm going to load the commentary onto my iPod when I get a chance.

The screenplay was uneven but Floria's visual genius made the movie very enjoyable. The opening shot must be an homage to Valerie and Her Week of Wonders. Dakota did a nice job, but I'd have preferred a solid 2 hours with stronger story arcs. The best rock biopics are meatier.

I liked Dakota in this but I still see her as a kid, can¡t hepl it. Kristen was pretty good, I must admit, cause I dont like her as an actress very much. I like the music and the photography of the movie, I love 70s. But would like it more if it wasnt more focused on Joan Jett, not so much on Cherie.
