Might I add that I love how the Misshapes crowd and its cronies on this board are taking Spencer and using him as the new "cool" simply because he's ironic - look! He's an older man whose hairline is receding and wears glasses and suits, how ironic! Obviously we have something cool here, people!

Might I add I'm glad that Gareth-lookalike no longer has his own thread; perhaps he belongs, like one referred to him as, in the Hanson thread? But of course, that's ironic! And he knows it! But worst of all, that kid - what's his name? He's too forgettable - Jackson? - probably likes it like that. Because he's cool.

that is so true. I'm so sick of this whole ironic crap.

I  Spencer! He is so un-scene that he is beyond scene. It's great.

But seriously, I think it once again proves that with attitude one can wear anything anywhere.

the only 'scene' people I actually enjoy seeing and think that they have good style are Leigh L., Taylor, Martin and Bart. c'est tout.

eww, joel madden. i still love hair like the girl in the blue shirt with lindsay in the second pic from bottom though. also that girl you picked out? gorgeous!! her hair is amazing.

Where the hell did he get Veuve Clicquot from? That's not a very "scene" drink...Damn, now I can never drink it again...On to Perrier Jouet

^any drink is a scene drink. and veuve has not really been very exclusive for quite some time. Its very mainstream, semi-pricey champagne.

And it's just not that good. Seriously you can get Veuve at Tesco's (basically like getting it at Wal-Mart) for £20.

This is probably one of, if not, THE funniest thing I have ever read on tfs.

And I agree on the comments regarding irony and people trying to be referential.

well he´s drinking it in the bathroom so it must be scene

I think to see this pics is a real inspiration. Thanks for all this pics

I think one of the reasons people (including me) can get very bored by scene pictures is not just because there isn't a lot of variety, because that's the same as a lot of different cliques, variety is usually low, because it's really not that tolerated by the clique (if you look too different, maybe you're not one of us anymore! maybe you look foolish now!).

The thing which annoys me is that it looks the same for way too long. At least the rest of the world has "seasons", but how long have scenesters been wearing this look?? It feels like forever. For such trend-obsessed people, they don't seem to revamp their trends too much...what's up with that.

What a precision haircut that young man has.
A bit part of me hates scene fashion, but another slightly larger part really fancies it all
