The Trench; In or Out?

Gosh, i missed the sale of this perfect la redoute trench:

well it's still available in some colours, but i wanted it in that gray..
and it was so cheap! GAH!

i really like trenchs generally, but i often find them to be too long for my own liking, i.e. i like them long on others, but i find them to be too 'serious' for myself that way.

I have a Burberry and I'm planning on get another one..

I've been seeing tons of trenches in magazines and advertisements so I'm a bit scared that they're gonna be the next big thing, you know?
I was hoping to look somewhat individual in my trench this spring.

Trenches are always innnn, there a classic. I bought myself a great beige real trenchcoat last weak and cant wait to wear it. It can be worn classy but also tough.

like it or not trenches are undergoing a mass high street revival - previously they've just been a high end trend; just check out Topshop, Warehouse, Zara et al's selection of coats for this season. i personally love the look of them but as i'm short and skinny full trenches don't look right. i could probably get away with a mini-mac however - have seen a lovely one in All Saints. this week's mission is to find the 'perfect' spring coat

Like everyone says, trenches are always in because they're classics. They are making a big comeback though.. I've noticed them being put out everywhere.. more than the other spring's that have passed.

My " if you could have any item you want, what would it be? " is a classic beige Burberry trench. I'd choose that over Hermès Birkin bag any time.

I don't think a lot of people in Sthlm will be wearing it so you probably will look individual here, anyway not many will be wearing a burberry trench, I'm sure you're gonna look fab!
