The Vampire Diaries

It was a good twist to make Katherine's original, Euro name: Katerina Petrova. I believe Nina is from Bulgaria and can speak the language, so that will make things believable in flashbacks.

^ ah i didnt know that. and i agree. should make it more interesting!

I felt bad for Damon when Elena told him he'd lost her forever. Okay he did some horrible stuff but he's damon/ian :woot:. How can you resist that?

shes just annoyed right now. im sure she'll warm up to him when her look-alike evil old old old haggalicious twin starts her sh*t.

If someone (unsuccessfully) kills your brother, kills (also unsuccessfully) your biological father, turns your biological mother into a vampire, screws with your ancestor, murders your HS's coach, turns and gets your ex-BF's sister killed and is partially responsible for your best friend being a vampire... Elena would need more compassion than Buddha had to forgive all that and make Delena happen. I don't think they stand a chance in this season.

^ I couldn't agree more. Definitely no Damon and Elena... Not this season anyway. ;)

New episode tonight! Yay! :woot:

I've never commented on this thread before, but I am a fan of this show (unlike Twilight :ninja:). I wonder when they're goin' to be bringin' in the Kitsune twins: Shinichi & Misao?

She is Bulgarian and can speak the language. good observation on the name thing.

^That is a good twist. I remember in the books that Katherine (I believe) was from Germany.

Uh I hated those two in the books. That storyline sucks, I really hope they skip it. The show is a lot different from the books anyway.

^I hated the books, in general. Especially, Stefan's little pet name for Elena was annoyin'. "Oh, Lovely Love, don't cry.":yuk:

^Agreed. I like the show much better than the books.

I have to say that I was not thrilled with tonights episode though.

Spoilers:
-Damon was acting stupid. Why make yourself a new enemy if you don't need to?! (Mason Lockwood I mean.)
-Mason telling Tyler that you have to kill someone to activate the Lockwood curse.
-Stefan locking up Katherine in the basement to try to interrogate her. They just bicker about how Stefan still loves her and she knows he does.
-Katherine using Caroline to try to distance Elena from Stefan. Caroline trying to be a friend to Elena, yet stabbing her in the back because she herself is afraid of Katherine.
-Stefan and Elena staging a fake fight.
-Katherine picturing herself with Stefan... She actually seems like she loves him.

Anyway, I don't know. I just didn't really like the episode this week. I hope next week is better.

^ agreed.

It was boring and I had the feeling that the makers of this show just didn't know what to put in, so they just did this mess.:D

I hope nothing too bad happens to Caroline now she's mixed up with Katherine but I do want her character to follow a new exciting path not just being a boring undead cheerleader.

Has this been posted before?

^No it has not. Thank you... I don't know if I'll read that book or not. Though I have read all of the other ones.

^You're welcome, wickedcrazyness.:flower:
I don't mind readin' it.
I just hope it isn't as thick as the last one.

^I don't care whether the book is thick or not. Just as long as it's good. :p
I probably will end up reading it since I have read all of the other ones. My curiousity will get to me.
