I usually have a soy cream from Vitaquell, but I think every vegan food brand has it's own so it's doesn't matter which one you take. 
I have tried sesame milk but didn't like it, it's watery and pretty tasteless (somewhat bitter). But all those vegan milks are apropriate for coffee. Though I have to agree with you on this point; they are very low fat and the taste is not so rich as with cow's milk, so you really may consider soy cream instead.
Well, a was going to bake an almond cakes but didn't have any regular cream for the topping, so I tried to whip the soy one and it kinda worked.
