The Walking Dead

I never said this death wasnt dramatic, I said others were "more dramatic" cause they had more build up. That scene was anticlimactic -imo- cause I was expecting her freedom, her reunion with her sister and instead she died. Poor Maggie btw, she lost everyone in her family.

that's too bad....i honestly would have loved to see daryl break out in that way and for many of us have a character that tore down stereotypes and represented a different side to how we as a people really are in real life. but i still also like the fact that kirkman confirmed daryl was asexual on the show which frankly is a part of our over-sexualised society that is so often misunderstood and worse, ignored. i kind of hope he remains that way.

It's been so long since it was on, it took me by surprise that the show was finally back. I thought it was beautifully shot, and it was interesting to explore the aspect of what might happen inside the mind of someone who's been bitten.

One tiny detail I noticed - the zombie torsos that fell out of the lorry all seemed to have a VV mark on their forehead.

^ I noticed that too and I bet those are the torso's to the legs Michonne and Rick found.

I agree this episode was beautifully shot and I liked all the foreshadowing. It was still very sad to lose another person after Beth.

I agree, beautiful episode. But couldn't they have killed Sarah or someone equally irrelevant? I loved Tyreese

^ which one is she? I can't remember anyone with that name.

LOL that's why she's irrelevant. It was sad to see him go, he was someone who was trying to hold on to any last shred of compassion and humanity in that world, and it just shows how unfortunate that something like that simply cannot survive in such an atmosphere. His reluctance to kill the walkers at times annoyed me, but it's hard for someone like that to exist in such an environment where survival is kill or be killed. But kudos to the episode, cause I jumped out of my seat during that change between hallucination and reality when the Governer turned into a walker and it was all up in the camera.

hahaha so many names. I think Sasha is quite badass, I don´t want her gone. I don´t care about Tara so no problem if they kill her next

How is Sasha irrelevant? Seeing as her brother is not considered irrelevant

Haha just my opinion, obviously. I just liked him better and find her a little bit annoying, so if I had to choose...

sasha has become a big part of the storyline now...i don't think we'll see her go at this point. tara is a toss-up....after terminus it does seem like she's kind of faded into the background a bit. but who knows really, being the walking dead she could have a central story next week.

so now they've made it to this sanctuary in DC....seems this time it might be for real or is it?

I love this tension when you know something is coming but you dont know what it is yet (cause I havent read the comic books)
I've been on the edge of my seat waiting for something to happen these past few eps LOL

Only two more eps on the season, right?

I like the way that 'having to survive' has seemingly turned Rick and his group into a bigger threat to the people in Alexandria than they are to him, with their talk of taking it over.

In a new interview with Entertainment Tonight, The Walking Dead star Norman Reedus teased that there's someone in the show who won't be all they're cracked up to be.

"You take a bunch of wild animals, you put them in a cage, no matter what it looks like, it's very uncomfortable," Reedus said of Rick Grimes' group of survivors. "I'm kind of in wild animal mode right now. I'm like, 'Dude, I like being filthy and covered in guts and blood.'"

He added, "There's something that's going to happen -- I can't tell you what it is, but somebody turns out to be not what you think they are. It's an interesting turn of events."

I loved it and I've been listening to that Bee Gees song non stop. I knew everything wasn't A-OK, and I'm glad that final scene just put me out of my misery.
