theOutnet.com

I got my top today, processing was a bit slow but that was my fault for putting the wrong shipping address  Shipping was super fast though.

the 72 hour spring dress sale is such a bust. i signed in immediately and the stock consisted of only 25 dresses!

I received my first order yesterday. Shipping was really fast but then I would hope so with a standard £5.95 for DHL!

The bags they come in are a bit weird, they remind me of laundry bags! But I thought it was a pretty good service overall.

i can't wait to buy something from here...when i don't miss the pop up sales :P

every time i'm on the site and really really want something it's never in my size!!!
i love browsing through the site though for some odd reason...i guess it gives me hope lol

I am wondering what is the point in offering items there are no longer available.:huh:And I am pretty sure that they got just one item of each size, because you must be really lucky to get yours.

their website annoys me with that as well. why still have images of things that are completely sold out?

ugh.

yeah it just adds to the disappointment..the pop up sale on friday, they can't exactly have had many of those chloé bags left because it seems like they were gone straight away

did they have a pop up sale on Friday? I think I missed that too lol...oh well
I am really looking for dresses at the moment so I guess it's a good thing that I missed it as it would have distracted me.

i kind of get annoyed by the fact that whenever I go on the site their "recommended" stuff is normally their most expensive stuff...I just really want to buy something off the site and whenver I find somethign I like I either can't find my size, can find my size but can't justify paying a ridiculous amount for just one item even though it is on sale, ugh stupid economic crisis

it is certainly not geared toward the market with the crisis on mind.
at this specific point every high street and designer brand is advertising up to 50% off (just received Lanvins invite) so a meager 40% off real old season stock is laughable!!!!

finally found something i really wanted at 60% off. .. phew feels like giving birth after all this time to find something

I am sooooooooooo annoyed with myself...I was waiting for the louboutin sale and I thought I had a reminder set but I totally forgot and when I went on the site EVERYTHING was sold out...grrr

leyla m you are right about the sales and stuff, but like I went to the Mulberry sale here in London the other day and I was quiet dissapointed with that as well..didn't seem like a sample sale as the prices were really close to retail and well the selection was kind of not that great!

not sure about mulberry but i know that all the big department stores in london are having big issues since last winter, leftover stock so the starting discount starts very big.
that is why i simply do not GET outnet.com.

there are so many beautiful shoes up there yet when the louboutin sale went up 80% of the shoes were  but guess what, sold out since it is louboutin, regardless of the discount...
anything less that 60% (ok maybe some 50% exceptions) it is so not worth it :(

leyla - I am with you, theOutnet.com is simply not doing anything for me.

The prices are not attractive for stock that are at least a few seasons old...in fact I find the current sale on NAP itself more enticing. That and that sales have started everywhere else, together with other sample sale sites, just makes me think that theOutnet.com needs to pull up its socks pronto!

PrincessImp. - I didn't see any sale on NAP going on now - I guiess they'll be again the last one to go on sale.
BTW Polyanna started the sale 40 % of Jil Sander, YSL and Lanvin
theOutnet.com is a joke!

^aris, I'm referring to the US site for NAP, their end of season sale has already started :flower:
