what really annoys me is that the outnet and NAP have gone back to their original model of having like 2 pieces of an item so that it sells out quickly, thus creating a BUY NOW culture where if you don't snap something up, it's gone. So they are trying to stop people from lingering and encouraging people to just blindly buy. That is the point of the Loubs, the flash sales, and all that. It's so annoying.

well i finally received my order... but my shoes are too small!
so of course all the other sizes are sold out so i gotta wait and see if they get returned

i agree with everyone's comments about the prices!

also isn't it really annoying that they take ages to take down the items that get sold out? i go in and i'm like 'oh this is nice!' only to see it's sold out. a chloe bag a while ago was announcing sold out for like, 3 weeks

i've realised that because of events like that, eg things being sold out, or not having enough of a discount i just dont bother checking the website everyday like i thought i would when it was first launching.

stella mccartney on sale now....the reductions as usual aren't too impressive but there's loads of lingerie for a pretty good price!

they had this beautiful patent miu miu bag the other day, i got the newsletter and went straight on the website only to notice the bag had already sold out

i give up on the outnet, to be honest!

i have a feelign they put those things on their newsletter AFTER its sold out because everything i check form their newsletters is sold out! even if i go straight to the website after receiving the update

yeah that's what i do too! must be that then....but it's a bit unfair on the people that signed up for the newsletter thinking they'd get first hand info about the new items

Well they update the site on the same days right?

And the items have to be on the site before the newletter goes out. So if you go on there first thing in the morning, you'll be able to buy things before they've been in the email.

Also, if the emails go out to thousands of people then it could be some time between when the first people receive it and the last people, mailshots take time to complete

ahhh it arrived so quickly! i bought it on a tuesday afternoon and thursday morning it arrived and it's perfect and lovely and i don't regret it at all (much like i did when i made an impulse purchase at the sale at shopbop.com mehhh)
