I find thong the most comfortable. If wearing short skirts I would wear panties. I love panties that tie at the sides.

so far i have not any problems, never had a yeast infection. I've heard thongs can cause yeast infections. They tell you to wear breathable cotton undies but you can't get more breathable then no underwear. Bacteria can grow in dark warm places. I just find this more comfortable. I do wear underwear when i have my period or if i'm wearing a short skirt, but to each their own.

doctors will say not to wear them to bed.... give your body a chance to breathe i guess.... but i do think underwear was created for a reason or do you think it was created initially to help people stay warm..... who knows.... i have been known to not wear any with silk dresses because of panty lines

It's probably a very silly question, but can someone explain to me what the difference is between thongs and g-strings??

Ever since the Thong Song I've been wondering if a g-string and a thong are the same thing, here in Holland we only have the 'string' and that's the word you use for everything that leaves your bum free

I wear either these or hipster boxers. I love those frilly, girly, sexy briefs with bows and lace in all colors but find them very hard to wear without vpl or very strange shapes

They are generally about the same with one difference - the shape of the back piece. Think of the letter "T" when you view a g-string, and think of the letter "Y" when you view a thong.

A thong has a little more material to it.

A G-string is just a piece of string for the backside. Covers nothing at all.
