Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland

excited for this movie, based on this thread; i think this film is going to be super promising, can't wait for it...

oooh it looks dark and scary. I hope he makes it a timeless film that they put on every christmas for the next 10 years :stuart:

If its good id love for him to stick to fairytales....a dark and exotic version of the little mermaid would be my ideal choice (dont laugh). Meryl Streep as Ursula. :D

I don't know why I'm so excited for this movie, considering I did not like the animated version very much.

Can't wait for the teaser trailer! :D

Anybody have any idea who the Makeup Artist is as well as the Costume designer?

Oh, exciting stuff! I mean, Tim is aaamazing, so this has to be good.

And I really need to get my hands on a copy of the book, I can't believe I haven't read it yet.

I cant wait for this.Have you seen the makeup/costumes?
I've seen photos but not sure if they are artistically drawn or the real thing.
It all looks so amazing.
Im not partial to Alice?Who is Mia?

i love stephen fry! so good to hear he's in it as well.

btw,is this version closer to the animation or the novel?

I couldnt actually think of people more suited to the roles than the ones listed/. Especially David Walliams! That is just a perfect match! I am soooo excited for this movie.

The logo is a cool contrast to the movie, it's simple and kooky, but the film is creative and "out there"

^Oh yeah, I thought I've seen this style before!
I guess it's the same font, eh?
