Toronto shopping

You mean the one on Bloor St. West? or anywhere else?

yep..at HR on bloor...and i think i saw some miu miu in the Corbo Studio windows. This is different from Corbo on Bloor St. I had no idea there were so many Corbo stores.
This "studio" store is on Yorkville Ave. i think...

is there some kind of store that has different designers similar to tnt and corbo on queen west?
i do my vintage shopping there in a couple of stores, but thats about it.it's all zara and gap now...:(

No, not really...
it's such a different scene..

^ yeah,i know:smile:
i just thought there might be some small shop i havent seen that tucked away somewhere off queen perhaps (nd in my dream world it will have vena cava and mayle in it)

anyways, what are your favorite stores on queen?

i don't go there. like i said, i hate it!
once i get past the fabric district though, i like two stores.
"Cabaret" for very good quality vintage dresses...just to look at.
and ".69 Vintage", which is quite emo and pretentious, but i got the most amzing pair of boots there, so i visit it sometimes.

69 is my fave vintage store in toronto.i got great pumps from them, boots,a couple jackets ,camisoles and a vintage clutch i'll never part with.
so where do you mostly shop?

For those familiar with the shop ICII, Peter's new shop is NOIR on Bloor street right next to Montblanc shop.

^kensington market is definitely the hot spot for vintage clothes..
but you know...the thing with vintage is that most of it is old crap you're never going to wear anyway...kensington has a lot of that.

there are a few pieces along the road that, with a litle TLC, can be amazing...i've never seen any good quality vintage clothing in TO.:(

Good to know that there aren't any good vintage stores in TO. therefore I can stop searching.....
BTW where exactly is Kensington market? My friend told me that I have been near there for sure, but I just did not notice, where exactly is that?

Actually Toronto has awesome vintage stores however it takes alot of research. One cool vintage store which even Mischa Barton has shopped before is Dennis' House Of Vintage, located on Queen Street.

From Spadina, you take the streetcar and get off at College. From there, you walk a block or so (I couldn't tell you which direction, I get lost easily)!

question....is there any shop in Toronto that sells london sole flats?
Celebration on Yorkville *did* sell them. If I remember correctly, they were clearing out their inventory earlier this summer. But this is where I've bought all my London Soles, they had quite a good selection so I'd recommend checking it out. It's across the street from Over The Rainbow-ish (give or take a few stores)

toronto h&m. do they still have zipup hoodies?

im coming to toronto just wondering if the eaton centre h&m has those basic mens zip up hoodies still in stock.

hey you guys, i'm heading down to Toronto this Saturday, but I am only staying there for one day!! So I need to know which mall should I hit?? The Yorkdale Shopping Centre or the Eaton Centre? I'm mainly looking to hit H&M cuz I hear it's fab in Toronto so which mall has the better H&M? Thanks.

The Eaton Centre H&M has alot more selection  Yorkdale is a great mall, but EC has such a variety of stores and I think you'll be able to find alot more there!

Also, if you go there, you're in Downtown, which is where all the good shopping is anyway...you should definetly go to Queen Street right after :woot:

I always see a whole rack of them in different colours at Yorkdale, so I'm pretty sure Eaton Centre also has them. :flower:

i went and checked. its a brighter blue not navy. so it looks like a homeless person would wear it heh.

the navy blue one cost more and the smallest size they have is small. oi need xtra small. oh well. american apparel heere i come.
