Victoria's Secret PINK clothes worn in public. At best, high school girls should be wearing it in the privacy of their bedrooms.

skinny jeans and uggs hands down

i honestly dont see skinny jeans ever going out of style. i think the fit has become a staple trend in the retail industry. retailers are seeing consumers favoring the skinny fit rather than regular fit, which the regular fit is a bit too saggy and unflattering to some, same goes to skinny jeans.

studs, leather pants, fur coats, man boots that women wear ughhhh.....

platform shoes...
why is anyone still wearing them?!?...

...

  • Doc Marten's... OMG, I just sold 2 pairs of my own. EVERYONE's wearing them with no individuality at all.
saw someone earlier today wearing a pair of docs...
i only noticed because she looked so bad that she caught my eye...
awful...

docs are dead as far as i'm concerned...
:judge:...

^ I just came here to add platforms as well!:doh: esp. the ones with animal prints.

I still love my docs.. for walking my dogs or hiking around the canyon. Or on windy/rainy days, I feel so safe in them .

- long (floor length) skirts/dresses, especially pleated ones.
- the cardigan + plaid shirt + beanie + skinny jeans uniform on guys!. unoriginal.
- floppy hats.
- cutesy tights.

i'm going to stick up for docs, purely out of nostalgia (those defined my teens along with creepers) and the fact that 99.999% of shoes, flats or heels, cheap or expensive absolutely DESTROY my feet! docs were the first shoes which didn't do that and so for that, i will love them 4eva~

i'm getting really tired of star print being everywhere. i do like it but right now it's just overkill

Also...grown women wearing bows/bow clips in their hair :(

While I don't have a problem with boat/deck shoes, I've seen animal print boat/deck shoes a lot lately. No me gusta animal print boat/deck shoes.

I'm tired of seeing every single young girl here dressed like an old lady in unflattering big coats, hair up in a bum and with semi mens looking shoes.
The look works brilliantly on some but most of them just look so try hard

platform shoes...
why is anyone still wearing them?!?...

...

The only thing worse than platform shoes, are platform shoes with a peeptoe:doh:

^ And it's hard to find shoes that DON'T have a platform anymore. :( mental!

I am perfectly fine with platforms except for certain unspeakably ugly platforms. I'd rather these than these studded and spiked pumps or certain other shoes everyone else is all in love with while I shudder to find any reason to care about them.

Skater style dresses.
It wouldn't be so bad if there was some variation, especially amongst the more affordable, high street stores. For one, they are usually super short, so give the impression of having been made for a little girl to go walking to the park with mary poppins.

I once walked into topshop with a male friend who wasn't very interested in fashion - and his first reaction was 'Is this an adult clothes shop? All of this stuff looks like it was designed for toddlers"
And I kind of got his point, for I hadn't looked at it this way before.

So I guess I'm tired of the infantile cut of a lot of clothing right now. To escape it you have to pay a fortune elsewhere.

Lapin de Lune, I know what you mean, I spent 5 weeks in Glasgow this summer and basically all of the British high street stores were filled with these short short skater-style dresses not to mention cropped tops, oxford shoes and plateau heels. - it was just everywhere. Luckily it's not that bad in Denmark.

*bleached denim, especially paired with all black and a high ponytail or bun.
*leather jacket, grey t and skinny jeans combo
*Isabel Marant-ish booties
*ribbed tights
*basically everything Acne
*visible bras

pastel hair color. i find that trend to look off. they remind me of ravers from the 90's. it doesn't look cute.

Maybe it's just me, but the Litas/DocMartens + cropped/floral top + super short denim cut-offs + cross necklace/rings trend should just disappear.

I see this in every corner of my city, and I need a serious break from those outfits.

I'm more sick of cutoff denim jean shorts than the other items you mention in Post #499, thegreatgabsy. Even more so, I still fail to find anything even remotely stylish about the combination of denim jean short-shorts + tights/leggings (usually black) + and some sort of black shoes/sandals/boots. The look is trashy and horrid to me while most other femmes love this look. Almost like an '80s or early '90s deal that just won't die. Spare me. What makes this look even remotely chic or cute? I don't see it. I'm sorry.
