Trends you regret trying

I regret soo much of what I wore. I was young though (and still am) but I'm just seeing what really works for me I think. I was experimenting

I regret buying one of those tiered peasant skirts last year. I thought I would wear it but it's just not me so it is now buried, unworn, in a drawer.

Im proud to say I don't regret any trend that I have tried but then again I've never tried that hard to go crazy about trend.

did anyone regret the wellie boots trend, where there were like thousandssssssss of different patterned wellies loads of people were wearing them!

Ponchos--eew only a chosen few can work these

juicy couture-its cute but not style but sadly i didnt realize this until after i bought the handbag

long boho necklaces--they just dont look good on me

hollister stuff--cheaply made, poorly fitted, no style whatoever

sequins for day--ya this just went too far

vans sneakers-not me at all and really tacky IMO

huge hoop earrings--eeew

Ya iv tried lots of trends and looks which i regret but I think it helped me find what I truly like and what truly works with my body and personality and now I know better....

i totally agree with you!! hoop earring ewwwwwwwww:sick:

No regrets, because if you regret something then you haven't learnt your lesson!

Skater jeans that have a tight waist but are baggy straight to the floor, and they touch the floor, and they were raggedy and stained at the bottom from the floor, and I would wear these with tight belly-shirts, most sadly a white one with a giant sunflower in the middle.

when i was younger, I would always wear my grey and black adidas leggings everywhere!! I was really into sport and constantly wore them! I thought I looked so cool:rolleyes: . Yes, i also did the large hoop earrings thing aswell

I went through a really terrible "hippie style" phase... Dreads, ripped denim...... :ninja:

I kinda still am ... its baaaad .. very baaaaad ...:p
but Im a guy and cant get away w/it  ...
(which makes me feel guilty cuz it sucks for you girls!) :flower:

OH GOD! I just realized my fashion mistake. In 7th grade I had fake hair all the time!! I would wear it to school and people would look at me and be like WTF?! I thought it was so cool. I went to the grocery store with it in once, I'm sure my mom wanted to kill me. It was bright blue and purple and I put it over my pony tail. People stopped me to talk about it.

grunge ... I looked so bad in those huge flanel shirts  Glad it's over!

oh yeah, flannel shirts over oversized t-shirts (eg. band shirts) with stonewashed jeans ripped in the knees and white sneakers. huh??

oh, i truly regret trying jeans that are too-low-waisted !
my butt was hangin' out all the time lol

hehe, I enjoyed that trend just recently (everyones butt and love-handles hanging out) ... I felt that it went against that "kids today are so much more fashion savvy than we were..." how can that be true if I didn't show anyone any plumber's crack when I was a kid? :D So there is some reprieve in being an 80's child then!
