Twilight

some weeks ago we had this "report" from some friend of a friend, that they're already shooting the 2nd and 3rd movie. but now that we know the director for "eclipse" and he's NOT chris' brother or has ever been on set (that we know of) i can't imagine they were already shooting scenes that will end up in "eclipse". maybe they just put scenes from the 3rd book into the second movie?!
in that "report" it also said that it would make sense since jacob was in the parking lot pics and that that would only happen in "eclipse" (i can't remember what happened when) BUT i think he was still wearing the long wig in those pics. also lainey said that they were already shooting various scenes for the proposal, maybe it's not the official proposal... but still rather something that happens in eclipse.
maybe they already put some "fighting over bella" between jacob and edward into NM? not sure, but i can't imagine the new director to use scenes shot by Chris?!

^ Rob's composing music for another film? sounds exciting!! :woot: and i just really snorted at the last bit about Twilight fashion, boy that was helpful...:lol:

Is Channing Tatum ready to Step Up to the Twilight franchise?

E! Online reports that Twilight and New Moon screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg is pulling for the Stop Loss actor to fill the role of vampire Riley in the upcoming sequel Eclipse, the script for which Rosenberg is currently penning.

"There's a very big battle at the end with Riley, and I think Channing would do that so well," Rosenberg offers. "There are some complexities to that character. [Riley] really is tragic. He’s a puppet for Victoria. So he has to break your heart a little bit at the end when he realizes that she doesn’t want him. Channing could do that beautifully."

Hmmm.. I'm not sure about Channing playing Riley but i guess i could warm up to the idea =]

^i think if channing plays riley, i´ll be forever waiting for him to start a dance off against rob during the duel in Eclipse, i mean, idk, i cant see him as anything else other than a street dancer.

i don't even know who he is:ninja: so i don't care...i don't even know who riley is, didn't reach the point where he's introduced:ninja::innocent:

^ Who cares Channing Tatum is SUPER HOT :p

It's another small part so I wouldn't be suprised if they just hire an "unknown".

Alvedansen: He's is She's the Man, Step It Up and the uncoming GI Joe movie. I love She's the Man. You should so hire/DL it. Plus he is HOT.

Fan meeting Jamie (Caius)

"Jamie has an amazing voice (he sounds much older than he looks - maybe that's good for Caius too?!) and the songs are definitely good - think Kings of Leon meets The Strokes - how can that be bad?!

He was really nice about our asking for photos (seemed to be enjoying it rather a lot actually, lol!), had a bit of a chat with us and was generally a really nice guy - if very young... I hope he can handle Hollywood and, more importantly, Twilighters!"

Um BOO

More from E! interview -

And Rosenberg says you also can’t have a Twilight movie with anything more adult than a PG-13 rating. She has yet to be hired to write the script for the fourth, Breaking Dawn, but she thinks it’s safe to assume the book’s more graphic violent scenes will be tailored to keep it accessible for Twilight’s teen moviegoing audience.

“Our fans are in the PG age range, and I don’t feel a big necessity to see violence, and to see gore,” Rosenberg said. “I don’t need to see that. This whole series is more about their relationship. It’s not about the gore. I mean, there are some scary and special elements to it, but the series is really about relationships and coming of age and owning one’s power.”

Um man I don't like her. I never had a problem with Catherine my problem is with Rosenberg. I can't believe she write's that TV show Dexter.

awww PG-13? thats not fair! screw those tween twilight brats! I want to see some violence.

well rosenberg and hardwicke together were a disaster. i HATED the hand-held camera/weird camera movements/-angles from hardwicke and the script by rosenberg. they should have chosen someone else to write the other movies...as well as a different make-up team:ninja:
