and its how she knew where to find Edward..
and she was also there while Edward was being tortured by Jane.

Exactly, and it's because Alice steps in and shows Aro her vision that Aro lets them go.
But I guess that could be filmed already. Weren't they filming Edward being tortured by Jane a few days ago? Most of the Italy part could be filmed in the studio or anywhere really, then film some exteriors footage in Italy and add it on post-production.


I'm looking forward to see Dakota too.

yeah, all those "inside the volturi castle" stuff was filmed in vancouver, plus the outside shots with the ferrari. but i still think they're gonna shoot scenes with ashley over there. like when she drops bella off and tells her where to go...can't remember from the script but maybe we'll see ashley hurry to get to edward as well.

eta: it was a porsche, right? always wondered why sm used a german car, i would have chosen a ferrari in italy

i know but, from what i gathered, volturri parts are already filmed too, michael sheen finished with filming 2 days ago. yeah, i don't get why they even are going to italy....

who know, i personally think ashley will go to italy, and nikki didn't metioned her for obvious reasons (like cus of the fact she doesn't like her), it's just that i thought nikki's a bit more professional and can get beyond the likings/not likings of certain someone in public while talking about film.

We’ve heard from a couple of different people that the location in the pictures, an underground location in the city of Montepulciano, will be used in New Moon for the scene in which tourists are led to a trap where they are fed upon by the Volturi. Birthday Girl Nikki Reed Won’t Go To Italy To Film ‘New Moon’

First off, we want to wish Twilight star Nikki Reed a happy birthday! The actress turns 21 today and spent some time with a friend out shopping to celebrate early. However, she won't be spending time with her New Moon costars in Italy to party it up.

E! reports that a source close to Nikki claims, "She is no longer going to Italy. She has decided to spend time with her family." Well, if this rumor that she and Kristen Stewart are fighting for the affection of Robert Pattinson is true, then this is doubly interesting news.

My friends who are not fans of the movie sat through it just pissing themselves laughing at how *intense* he was.
