US Harper's Bazaar September 2008 : Tyra Banks by Alexi Lubomirski

Damn, still wasn't able to karma you, Luxx and I've given karma to other users right after I first karma-ed you! What does "You must spread some reputation first" actually mean?

why does Kadel's ed have to be so bad? :ninja: apart from being boring the poses are totally ridiculous.
Freja's ed is is great, the hairstyle, the makeup, the lighting, the poses... everything's just perfect. The only thing that bothers me is the shadow in the last picture, I supose that's Luchford's shadow, I don't see what's the point of including it :ermm:. Nathaniel Goldberg's ed is nice too.

I like Angela's ed! Arlenis looks good as well. I love the pic of Freja smiling in her ed.

She is in this September US Vogue. She has a small edit together with Behati Prisolo ( I think) and Ali Michael. It is posted on their threads.

3-4 Pages in my opinion is simply not enough, they had almost a 5-6 page article/editorial dedicated to her and other black models, they least they could have done was have her much more involved in the serious ed's.:innocent:

Wlskjflsdj so late but: ahahahaha, Royal Ronsons. Amazing! I had no idea who any of those cool cats were before reading that excerpt, thanks MisMagAddict.

The shadow bothered me too... but I guess the good side of the ed did it's job because I had forgotten about it.

This is a good September issue, even though i never like any of their articles; NO! I am not interested in what Rita Wilson  thinks clothes say about us or how Rachel Zoe got "new curves" my god that article is a DISGRACE!!! and the other same ol same ol articles that Bazaar does on classic investment pieces, yawn. They cant hold a candle to US Vogue in this department. However the eds and some features are lovely, i just loved Lily's LBD edit, haha never seen that done before, the cowboy setting is cool, and that shot of her on the horse?Lmao, hilarious.

Though this issue has many good editorials - Freja's above all - it is the first magazine I could ever bring myself to rip apart. It's addicting, actually

^^ :lol:I know exactly what you mean. :ninja: I can never do it.

It's surprisingly refreshing to be able to put it into your own neat binders without all the trash. It's really true that you can't read Bazaar, that is something Vogue definitely has over it...

Lily D, Rhinestone Cowgirl

Beautiful scans as usual Luxx!
Lily just has that face that always delivers, and she makes it look so effortless. She's one of my favorite Vogue girls.

lol, Lily reminds me of one of those child beauty pagent contestants with that hair, but a cute edit overall. Now if I could just find this issue already!! P.S. THANKS FOR THE SCAN EVERYONE!!!

Still unable to give you karma, Luxx. Thanks a lot for the scans, Lily looks great and her ed is quite original!

I love Lily and I love Sundsbo but I dont GET that editorial?

What exactly is it about?

Talk about random :innocent:

 the woman with the weird hair and the cowboys, it's so absurd
I prefer those pictures where you can see the sides of the white background, it looks even more ridiculous.
I just don't understand the photos where Lily's posing alone, they don't have that family photo mood, and they are too normal... they're not in line with the rest of the ed.
