Got my copy today, Saoirse's editorial is hauntingly beautiful! It's inspired by 19th century paintings from the Aesthetic Movement, you even see her directly recreating some of the portraits.
The theme of Karlie's spread, like Charlize's, is the ocean (the overall theme of the issue). You see her with drenched hair, in bathing suits, on a yacht and lounging by the pool, very sexy
Sasha Pivovarova's "Golden Rule" spread is pretty self explanitory. She is dressed gold, with metallic make-up and nails.
Laura's was rather boring, typical in-studio shots, reminded me of a look book. Laura still looked amazing of course

This is the first issue of US Vogue in a long time that makes me want to near wet my pants . Charlize looks like an aquatic goddess in her ed (although her face was caught in quite an unfortunate manner in the third shot). Saorise looks beautiful in her ed by Meisel/Grace; this is the best thing he's done in ages for the magazine, she looks wonderfully undone and naive. Even Lara's editorial is quite fresh and pretty (although I could wait another month for all that S/S 12 stuff).

I must say that I'm loving this new grown-up, sexy phase that Karlie is growing into...she's really starting to come into her own, I'm starting to see her in the same vein as Gisele back in the late 90s/early 00s ATM.

The contents look great this month. There is such a variety of moods and styling, from Lara's clean, minimalistic showcase of the spring collection to Saoirse's painterly medieval photographs. I can't wait to get this issue and absorb everything in real life.

what a superb issue, might be my favorite this december, still have to see what VP and VI have in store for us.
i agree about Karlie, she is looking rather terrific lately, i see the supermodel spark in her.
typical studio shoot from Sims, but Lara looks fresh and lovely.
Meisel and Klein eds are also a pleasure for the eye, i'm happy we have more images in Klein's ed, usually they're short.
can't wait to have this issue. thank you for all the eds.
