She's hardly works hard. She's late to nearly all her concerts, gives lacklustre performances, and she's not involved in her music at all. She literally just chooses ready made hits and goes into the studio to record them. Whereas with others, Beyonce even Miley, they are actively involved in every part of making an album, Rihanna barely does anything.[Piece Of Me];12287803 said:I'm maybe a bit biased, but I'm very glad to see Rihanna once again. She is one of the hardest working women and music and a true fashion icon. So why shouldn't she be on the cover of Vogue?

The reason that she's released seven albums in seven years is because she hasn't been artistically involved in at least the last three. As for her fashion and make up lines, I really doubt that she was actively involved in its creation. Also world tours don't really matter if you can't turn up on time and perform properly.[Piece Of Me];12288775 said:She has released seven albums in seven years, done tons of collaborations, had her own fashion line for River Island, her work for MAC, her sold out world tours and I could go on.
And I know she doesn't write all of her own songs, but she still has writing credits on a lot of her material.
My friends go to her gigs and none of them anything good to say or have said that she's worth checking out. When she gives performances on shows like the X Factor, I watch them and I'm not impressed at all with what I'm seeing. As for the rudeness, just check out her instagram comments and DMs to other people. Even though I sound over critical, I like her, her attitude, her ability to pull off anything she wears and I think she's one of the most beautiful people alive, I just think she's not good at her profession. That is why I don't think she's particularly deserving of this cover. Can you actually back up any these statements with actual facts, excluding the stuff that's written in tabloids? It all sounds like a lot of Hear'Say...well except the not being involved in the artistic side of her music, that I can believe. Although to be fair it's not that big of deal if she doesn't write her own music, at least in my opinion.

No I completely with you. I don't think that Vogue is the be all and end all at all. I just think that March is the power issue, one of the two significant issues of the year, and that there are more "powerful" women out there.Once again.. We have to remind ourselves that in the grand scheme of things a Vogue cover is not that big of an accomplishment. I know to us it seems like the holy grail but to most people it's not even an afterthought. This is why I find these "deserving" arguments so tedious. Who cares next month will be another cover and this one will be forgotten. Even a controversial cover like the rollingstone boston bomber cover which generated so many headlines was quickly forgotten as soon as the issue left newsstands. Covers.. Any covers are not that big a deal

Is anyone able to do a review yet?
Nope, not yet. Still have to wait for any real information, otherwise, I would've reviewed it by now.
^ She's saying she didn't get the issue yet. I don't think anyone has gotten it otherwise someone would've given a review by now.
but someone has posted some snapshots of the rihanna ed already, I think that person mustve got the magazine
This issue is not available anywhere to anyone just yet. Considering that the February issue is still only three-weeks old, it would've been way too early for any mass printing of the March issue.
Yes, someone did post snapshots but that doesn't mean jack squat. Considering that this "person" never divulged any other information about the issue, I can only assume that this person could've been some lowly intern that saw a preview print and took a few quick camera snaps before scattering off and boasting their findings to these Rihanna fansites.
Again, if I did have the issue, the review would've been posted by now. All I can say is wait until this Friday for all the full details.
