she's paid approx. 1000-2000$ (and maybe more than i could imagine) to jump... i think it doesn't matter to her...

Luxx, Thank you for the great quality scans! I actually quite like Sexy Beasts if it was just Sasha, she looks really good in the editorial and I always like her poses. Oh, and Stam finally gets a feature in US Vogue, I hope this is the start of a few.

I'm glad to see the new exhibition at the V&A get an article in US Vogue too.

well "small" models are paid 500€ (and sometimes more) for an editorial... so I guess Trentini is paid much more, non?

I don't know, I have always heard that Vogue models don't get paid for editorial spreads.

supposely they are "paid" with the exposition, being the ultimate Vogue models gives them status so they can get a lot of work for brands, catalogs and runway.

but I could be wrong, I'm not in the biznes.

If Vogue wanted to put yet another celeb on the cover.. they could've atleast come up with a better cover. It's a little too simple.

simplicity has always been the key word for the Vogue Us covers, don't expect to see a super pretentious haute couture pic on the cover, it's Vogue US, not Vogue Italia.

hmm I've consistently heard that models only make $250-500 for an editorial, no matter who they are. *shrugs* The Anatomy of a Magazine cover thread mentions in the first post $225 even for models such as KK and Daria.

^^Exactly what i have heard,i even read Anna Wintours interview by Christopher Bailey and she said models are payed between 150-250$ like a symbolic payment,since being in US Vogue is a prestige in the first place,and its great for their careers.

I love US Vogue, but the jumping editorials, it just is so repetitive, US Vogue seems so lacking in artistic value with photography compared to the other big Vogues. & Trentini is not pretty, I hate that Anna keeps pushing her to be the next supermodel or something, it isn't going to happen!

& I love Jenny, her ed is much like most of Raymond's accessory editorials but whatever, she looks amazing.

The cover is beautiful, looks a bit dated but maybe thats just me.
