I know it's not a good cover, BUT, for some reason I do like it. It's something different for once and can't help but appreciate that.

Jesus Christ, this is NOT what I expected, AT ALL!! I was thinking Meisel-type portrait showcasing the beauty of all these girls. Instead we're getting this, oh yeah, and that annoying guy whose voice grates so much on me.

Also, Ethan? Wow. Had little faith in Colin Dodgson and his debut cover turned out stellar. Had a lot of hope in Ethan and this is what we get? He's better than this.

It is crazy to realise how a photographer is not talented once the shots are in colour... Plus, the fact that GKJ is involved and their fake genuine inclusivity. First glimpse of this global thing, I am already so done.

The editorial isn't actually bad at all, in fact, I think it's stunning. Each girl really gave their all with the poses, but Precious is obviously the star.
Still, I can't get over the cover. I know it's great for covers to be expanded in the editorial, but maybe this time I'd have been happy with a simple studio sitting. I mean, it's literally Ethan's signature!

Well it's certainly not the typical "models of the moment" cover we've come to expect, yet I think this cover perfectly encapsulates the moment we're in - for better or worse. It looks like an American Vogue take on an Instagram story shot.
