I feel like the hair is sort of crushing her down and besides... how old is she  15 ? Why isnt she on the cover of Teen Vogue or Seventeen, V really is a grown up fashion mag for me

Her kind of "surprised" expression is cute.
I was hoping for something like this, because another tacky cover as the last one, and I was definitely blind

I think its a cute cover of her, but then i like her, and think she is immensely talented.

There should be one more cover with Gaby girl from the Precious movie.

Iri's ed does is lakcluster to say the least.....

Hate the hair on the cover. The cover shot looks typical Inez & Vinnodh, no?
Sundsbo's editorial is my favourite, followed by Iris's. Looking forward to seeing more of this issue..

^ Same here. I really love Sundsbo's ed and then Iris ( I like her ed mainly because I love her).

It looks like it could be from the V55 set, except those covers were good and this is just a mess. wtf is up with the hair!?
I don't like any of the content so far, but Iris' ed reminds me of a naked up to date version of this.

What the hell is Dakota Fanning doing on the cover of the Size Issue?:blink: I suppose the hair is some sort of tribute to Cherie Currie?:ermm:

The Curves Ahead ed is so bad it hurts. One Size Fits All is great, though.

I don't like how they've made Dakota look so vulnerable, she's such a stunning young woman and I think V could have done alot more with this cover.

The editorials don't look up to much either; Iris - why can't you emote? You're a model and it's your job! :judge:

yeah i'm not so fond of the cheesy catalogue style of the curves ahead edi. perhaps if it were more of a narrative it would have looked beautiful. why is it when they decide to feature larger-sized models if often comes out looking really grotesque? and i'm sure solve and nicola could have made those girls look a lot more enchanting than that.

I liked the Nicola and Solve ed because it was sort of in your face and reminded me a bit of those old school 80s ads they used to do with the glamazon models.

That said, I think it could have also been interesting to go in a completely different direction - possibly something more romantic that played with the kinds of soft looks we saw on the runways for Spring and Resort. Given that the focus of the story is about curves and shape it could have been nice to see them in goddess gowns or elegant looks that also highlight their figures. Imagine how nice those girls would have looked in the sorts of beautiful flowing gowns we saw at Donna Karan or in ensembles from a designer who knows how to work with shape like Alber Elbaz. There were so many beautiful romantic looks for Spring that I think could have worked instead of just using denim / lingerie / swim pieces. I think the editorial itself is actually pretty sexy in parts but I would have also liked to see something a bit more sophisticated in addition.

All in all this is an interesting idea for an issue but the industry has a long way to go in its representations of anyone who isn't the accepted high fashion ideal. Baby steps though.
