Versace F/W 06.07 Milan

The thing I've noticed and liking a lot is that DV is becoming more conscious of what's going in fashion. You can tell with each collection, starting with SS 05, that she's been putting more into the collections than normal and they've been getting better undeniably. I also think it's almost time for Versace to bring back Atelier Versace soon while she's creative.

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but whats Atelier Versace?

i totally agree, although i have always been a versace fan i think she now let´s herself get more into the tunes of what´s going on with the trends and styles keeping at the same time the allure of versace alive, and i was thinking (although i´m probably completely wrong) that maybe this time she did not worked with embroideries her evening gowns because they are do planning to show Atelier in july and they wan´t to make a notisable difference between the two collections, during this january couture shows there were rumors of the comeback from Atelier Versace and Ungaro this fall so i say fingers crossed!

^What do you mean? Every designer ends their show with gowns. It's normal for a runway show to begin with coats, casual outfits, then progress into cocktail dresses and evening gowns.

I really like this collection and I liked it because it was a little toned down. Which is cool cause the adornment thing was a little tired. I didn't really like the shoes and bags through they were a little busy. I evening dresses were beautiful as always......Viva Versace!!!!!

Perhaps Mr. Fabulous is refering to those slit leg gowns? They're always the same every season. Actually Im liking those empire waist slit leg gowns, lovely. And that purple number is stunning.

That Sweet Dreams remix works perfectly with this show.

I've always been a Versace fan as well with the exception of some collections. It would be fantastic if she were to do couture in July!

i love the shoes and clothes...its glam, sexy...without being gaudy and vulgar.

i love the collection.especially that classic versace dresses:woot: i think every woman would like to have one of them.at least i would like to have one of them=)

It looks rather Tom Ford at Gucci to me. I can't bring myself to like any of the Italian houses although I love their shoes.

I think this collection symbolises the best of Versace - sexy and dangerous looking.
It's not my style but all the metallics, cut aways and shiny fabrics are all fabulous for some ppl.

I just saw the entire collection on style.com and am very impressed with the dresses. Though, the gowns were very similar to last season. I loved the short dresses- very wearable.

I love these shoes
