I dont like her hair or makeup in that picture but that Lacroix couture dress is amazing!! She should have just done a softer look for hair and let the dress speak for itself!

samantha is their older sister, she is an editor at some magazine somewhere. Victoria's dress is an absolut knockout, but I just don't like the hair very much.
