Vintage looking scarves

There's a lot of little shops here that are indian and all, and they have so many cute little scarves. I am going to buy a few of those tomorrow (the one in the style of Julia Stegner). They're so cheap, yet very very cute.

thick, thin, long, little, short, anykind of scarf can totally chance your look.
I'm into those hippie scarves rigth now.. In summer they are great to wrap on the shoulders or 'roun the hip.

I got the same one, here you can get them everywere... But I dont wear it much... y prefer the long, rectangular scarves.

I have a lot of these in my house, because of my mum. She has kept a lot of pashminas, I'm talking about the printed Kashmiri ones, not the tacky plain kind...and she buys new ones when we go to Bombay every year. I love them. They're all quite wide though, nothing skinny. I like the Palestinian ones as well, I was going to get a few in black and red when we were in Dubai, but my mum put her foot down...when I got the tassled necklaces, I think she thought I was going to convert or something....

Actually does anyone know where I can get a faux rabbit fur scarf??

Faux rabbit fur scarves are often available at little jewelry stores and they're no more than 20$.

I am returning to the store I bought the grey scarf, I want a dark grey, a blue and a purple one.

I got a grey vintage look one from Muji today. I know I'll be wearing it a lot-it has the frayed ends and washed a million times look.

i guess i've turned to some kind of 'collector' of vintage square scarves, most come from vintage stores, was wearing them quite regularly last spring but i'm not really in the mood anymore. it might come back to me..

btw, the white beaded Zara posted above is quite cute.
the ones i just cant stand anymore are those long silver sequined scarves which are so all over the place in London.. too common

I am planning on buying two more sparkly indian scarves (like the one on Julia Stegner in post #1) in red and in medium purple....

(i already have one in pale grey and one in white with pale blue designs and I am in LOVE... )



they go with everything and are great for a layered look...!

The cute scarves Julia Stegner wears are very cheap here (the exact same for like 4.99$ canadian, which is about 4 bucks in the US).

They come in every single color (tan, yellow, white, grey, purple, blue, black, navy blue, green.....).

I am actually buying one in grey next week.
