Vitamin E oil against blemishes and acne scars

if it's not the right grade quality it can make you break out.
like if there is mineral oil in it, it makes your skin dependent.

I've used Vitamen E oil on my face for years. My skin absolutley adores it...but I guess it depends on your skin type also
