Vogue Australia June 2019 : Kendall Jenner by Charlie Denno

Oh no, what a bad shot. And to make it even worse.. That hideous test.

How embarrassing that she's still trotting out that 'I wOrKeD sO hAaAaArD' trope even after all the backlash she got from her comments last year. No you didn't Kendall. Just shut up and concentrate on trying to EMOTE, for once in your life...

"A lot of people assumed that because I came from a ‘name’ that it was a lot easier for me to get to where I got, but actually it’s the completely opposite."

I mean c'mon.... that's completely bs. Sorry to break it down for you Kendall but you got it a lot easier than most of the models who come NOT from the very privileged and famous background... I'm sure you had to work hard and stuff but it was easier for you to get into the industry. Why is it so hard for them to admit their privilege?.

Yeah, playing victim while already invalidating the other models who worked harder than you as the entire fashion modeling industry sided with you and your family (even having thousands of Vogue articles) did not help your modeling career either.

What's that? "I don't do 30 shows or whatever the bleep those girls do"? Yeah, right. Even if other models posted a lot of bluechip covers and booked big shows, you still get the spotlight anyway so what's the point? The industry sided with you anyway...

I want to like Kendall as much as I like Gigi and Bella, I really do, but she makes it so hard everytimes she comes up with such bullsh*t, and like, it feels the average at best print she does is kind of tainted by that terrible personality.

She looks like a stepford robot. Her eyes make me feel very uncomfortable.

I actually love this editorial.

She needs to shut up about working harder though. Girl when have you been at castings for 16 hours a day?

I like the Tiffany advertorial, as a filler. It's not strong enough as a cover story. Plus I was expecting some of that understated sex appeal which she's selling on the cover. Some shots like the one with the yellow dress works and others are a bit awkward.

This is the kind of experimental edits she should've been doing at the start of her career, just to find out what her niche and strengths are. That's if she had an ounce of ambition and took the job seriously, of course. The sad part is that Kendall looks more like a HF model than most of the other nepo models, and people would probably have warmed to her as they've done with Gigi and Bella, but she's just not consistent enough with her modelling career. Stop running your mouth and do pap strolls in LA, and start networking so that you can actually book a cover without a brand paying for it.

The cover edit is pretty good... it's a shame they picked such a cover...
