To answer the Q about the availability of the 4th cover, my subscription copy came today and it was this one with the hand drawn masthead.
So, i'm assuming it IS only available to subscribers. Sorry guys

definitely something great..the editorial of abbey and catherine is just soooo good. and it's by Kadel and i usually don't like his work, so that's a first. And the covers..i might actually say this may be one of the most memorable vogue covers of the year..with all vogue editions considered.
