L&I have a particular style that works well for Vogue Japan. Unfortunately it doesn't translate well to other publications. In all honesty, most of their works looks exactly the same. Copy & Paste. Done. I would like to see them break out of their comfort zone. Toning down the excessive retouching and clown makeup would be a great start.

they LOVE a glamazon, fierce, sensual editorial and it does feel a little repetitive. the same black eyeliner too...

they do have other editorials for Vogue where I think it’s a more artistic body of work and original too: ‘Il Ballo Confessional’ and another one which name I can’t remember now (I know there are oranges and this huge water tank and all models are ginger apart from Vittoria Ceretti). these two are for Vogue Italia.

there’s also one more for Vogue Germany where the theme is kinda of a showgirl and it’s beautiful. I can’t remember the names though and also this one is with Vittoria.

they should probably work more (I know they have done a few eds already) with her coz all their editorials together are gorgeous.

I agree that this looks like we've seen it a thousand times before. But I'll gladly take it over some teenagers dressed in plain clothes giving you a bored face. At least this screams fashion and glamour.
