Vogue Korea February 2022 : Rebecca Leigh Longendyke by Luigi & Iango

Youthquake or Y2K?

These remind me of the so so types of covers you’d see in the early 2000s. :ninja:

I also love the styling and the first cover is the best! Rebecca x Luigi/Iango doing their magic.

Loved that Miu Miu collection but she is not selling it to me. Maybe it's the hair, maybe it's the pose, maybe it would have worked with another model. Nonetheless the typography is also hideous.

At least the first cover is passable, the second one should have never seen the light of day.

That was strictly limited to the covers. The rest of the magazine's art direction was...another beast lol.
Yes, precisely the covers, that is what I usually mean, haha. Inside... I don't like any of the magazines except Self Service, but Ezra Petronio is a great graphic designer himself, so that makes sense it looks gorgeous.

The cover and main editorial design was by Jason Duzansky. He is a genius, he elevated VI to the highest level of graphic design. My favorites must be Vittoria's cover, Bella, Rianne for 2009, Anna J in 2008...well, all of them!

About this cover, I love her! She's one of my favorite models now, she never fails in print.

The first cover is great & striking because the art direction reminds me to the headlines for Vogue Italia back in the early 2000's when the Y2K's trend was a top. The second, she looks a bit angry on front of the camera.

I’m very convinced by these covers. The neon green was pushing it a bit too far though…

What is that Vogue Runway magazine?....anyone knows?..thks
