Also does anyone know why Vogue Portugal isn’t Conde Nast? I read the caption of their instagram post, so curiously looked at the online store… I was even willing to buy it because I love the cover, yet was hit with £30 shipping! And I thought £6 from CN was bad!

Shipping from Portgual is pretty expensive, its not unique to their store

Also does anyone know why Vogue Portugal isn’t Conde Nast? I read the caption of their instagram post, so curiously looked at the online store… I was even willing to buy it because I love the cover, yet was hit with £30 shipping! And I thought £6 from CN was bad!

You can find Vogue Portugal at the Conde Nast Worldwide News Store too, the magazine is a little bit expensive, 16£ exactly and the delivery starts at 20£ but you can buy 1 or 2 issues (depend of its weight) of international Vogue in the same order before the delivery price change.

There's a chance of getting specific issues/covers of Vogue Portugal at newsstand.co.uk - £10.27 to the UK P&P included. I buy my French Vogue from them - I haven't yet bought Vogue Portugal from them but I'd be interested in trying to get hold of this issue.

Newsstand.co.uk will respond to email queries, and you can also put in pre-orders.

It's a shame CN doesn't print a limited number of international editions locally so consumers wouldn't have to pay these import prices and £30 shipping fees for this issue.

Wouldn't it also be possible to ask a newsstand to sell an issue to you before it is "unsold and destroyed" or returned to the publisher? Is it possible to have a gentleman's agreement with a newsagent for something like this?
