W September 2007 : Gwyneth Paltrow by Steven Klein

I think Gwyneth looks a bit like Aniston with the platinium blonde hair and dark brows (not that aniston sports that combo but i don't know... she reminds me of her) :ninja:

Review - I don't think aynbody has mentioned that there is an additional ed that is not yet posted.

I love Gwyneth's ed. She doesn't look like herself, but completely another person. It's surprising

Am I the only one dissappointed with the Sept. ish? I am sure some of you like some of the edits but overall, there doesn't seem too be anything special. From the drab cover subject and edit, to the same type of Teller edit we've already seen before many times, a not very interesting(we've seen alot better!) edit from m&m, and another drab edit in the form of Sorrenti's portfolio. The only thing that they seem to do to acknowledge it was Sept. is make every edit super long, and more of a bad thing isn't really a good thing. It's just that I expect something more or something different from W and this seems to be lacking creativity, like someone said about the Gwyn ed, They seem to be trying to be weird but there's no direction to any of it. That goes for the entire issue.

Juergen Teller's ed is amusingly good. I don't think it takes itself too seriously and that's why I enjoyed it. I love the first photo, she looks mental!

ooooh i'm so looking forward to anabela's and snejana's editorial! i'm not too impressed with the other eds so far.

I'm gonna buy this as soon as I can! Despite the unappealing cover, it sounds like a great issue! ^_^

Thanks for the reviews peacelover :woot:

I really can't wait to see Snejana and Anabela ^_^

I bought it today. 640 pages:shock:....that's ridiculously huge. I hurt my back lifting it...seriously...
It's sold with Fashion Rocks and a very nice American Manhasset supplement featuring Coco Rocha in Paris

That Laura Dern ed. is so strange- lol but in a good way

It looks like they were randomly running around the house playing dress up. So strange...
His eds. are always strange. I really like the photos. Who is the strange alienesque model with her? I probably skimmed over her name.
