As a dancer I also think this is funny. The dance version of these shoes are anything but comfortable.

Thanks for the links guys. I really like Tess' work, especially the show with the bird, beautiful. Tim van Steenbergen's stuff is v.v. cool. I loved all the yellow.

Also, just checked and V&R has updated their bland little page with a shockwave induced image extravaganza. Its pretty cool--has an archive of their earlier collections.

Boy* it's so cool youa re working with Raf, glad you are here

Wim Neels is doing a new site too. Its not even completed yet but the title is of his company which is called Tout Simple.

http://www.toutsimple.be

It would be wonderful if the new administration were to develop a real links page on here...perhaps make this one a mainstay on this board, like the one's on "etc." board, rather than just a regular thread.

I saw this, thanks. Did you know that this:

is actually a lining inside this:

Very cool. I want both pieces. I just don't like that it says "World Player" and "Dirk Bikkimbergs". Well, I could deal with "Dirk Bikkimbergs" but "World Player" is a bit too much. I saw both pieces in person, VERY good quality. The jacket is impeccable.

I know you really like them.

I have to add, I like Dirk's old designs much better before he moved to Milan and turned to football. Oh, well, it's a new direction and I am not complaining.

Love Tess Giberson. Thanks for the link http://www.tessgiberson.com. What a nice site- the way you can enlarge the outfits & scan them up and down... did anyone notice the maryjanes with the crocheted toe? I adore them sooooooooo much... And there's this burgandy pleated velvet knee-length skirt that has me gawking like a fool. I would wear that thing til it rotted off! Thank Thank THANK YOU for introducing me to my new
