there were Lanvins like that that I loved, but still do not have idea how to wear them except for - short skinny pants in similar colour to make you leg look longer and leaner.
buggy, I have those exact same shoes. The other day I wore them to work with a purple stockings/tights, a black, knee-length pencil skirt and a simple, grey, knitted shirt. I got several comments on how nice my outfit looked.
They also go really well with a pair of high-waisted wideleg pants.

Back to the topic, I agree with pairing it with navy, very fresh. I imagine it with a chunky cable knit navy cardigan with tights and copper tone shoes/boots
orange + fuschia is very nice. a bit bright but nice
i love this dress, in the bright colour strawberry not black.
what kind of shoes and cover up (jacket? cardi? i hate pashminas) will go with it? i want to convey a more casual laidback feel rather than dressy-dressy. thanks so much
I was in h and m today and found a geometric square scarve for £1 ! Its a handkerchief sort of material but I have no idea what to wear it with - its black and white
tie it around your bag? around the handles i mean. that's what i do since i have no idea what else to do with my scarves, tying it around my head seems a bit contrived and unimaginative, esp when i drive a convertible..
A cardi with that dress would be the best. Something soft and simple, nothing too dramatic to draw away from the dress. And the shoes like such in the second picture from Saks would look cute. Shorter heels and a simple color like black.
