What can I wear it with? (December 2003 - March 2010)

cloud9, I would definitely go with round toe pumps with the skirt. I am loving them at the moment.

I need help as well....
I have a yellow twinset--it is a bold yellow, (not pastel) and I have heard not to pair it with black (from various sources) but I have worn it with white before and feel like I might have run out of options.
I have pants/skirts in various colors, turquoise, baby blue, fushia, kelly green, brown, tan, camel, coral, grey... and I just couldn't come up with something that hits me right. Any suggestions?

ie. yellow top with dark green skirt w/o the cardi. or white top with yellow cardi with navy skirt.

your twinset will be easier to wear with different colors if you wear one piece at a time.

I think I'll try it with grey, there isn't anything necessarily wrong with black-just kind of wanted a change and when I see black and bright yellow, I start to think of a bumble bee! Ha ha

Meow, I have very similar boots (mine were Sergio Rossi) and they truly go with almost everything! I wore them a lot with skirts because the details are too nice to covered up by pants. Those would look great with the McQueen-inspired slim silhouettes.

im pretty sure that this will be the dress i'll be buying for homecoming this year

but i was wondering what type of shoes, bag(this wont be very important cause i'll only have it during dinner anyway), accessories, hair style, etc. would look okay with it

and if this matters, im only 5'0", so i dont really have to worry about being taller than my date in any heel height

I would play up on the black accents here, angela and do a black round toe pump or an ankle strap sandal. There's lots of black jewelry out now that would be pretty with it, too! Maybe a chunky black bracelet and a simple earring. I think gold tones might work with it, too. Could be tricky with the yellow though...

I think ANYthing sparklypink. That's a pretty basic item of clothing you could pair with anything from jeans to dress pants and skirts. Play around & enjoy

oooo angela i love the dress it's really cute! I think cause your 5' that curious is right about the pumps and i think a small bag maybe green, it think it would flow well with the dress if you found the right one.
