What can I wear it with? (December 2003 - March 2010)

I know. I worry about the shape too. It's round and sort of prim and preppy for such a floaty dress isn't it?

I tried them together and it looks ok. I have a feeling it might look better with strappy, high heeled sandals? Although, in the Versace pic, the model is wearing pointy closed toes shoes.

that's exactly what i was thinking. i think a closed toe would be perfectly fine, but in a lighter color, with a slender heel. Pointy or round would be fine, methinks.

Here is an outfit that I'm not sure it works fine, the piture is a bit anflatering, but I have this brown YSL skirt that is perfect, but I'm trying to match it with a jacket - I got this Guy Laroche beige jacket that is wonderful, but then again dificult to pull off - color wise /a present from my BF, who has very good taste/
The bag is my MQ a litlle lighter brown, that hose is dark brown and the shoes are brown Prada. + satin cream blouse - Someting is off, but I can't say what???? It a work outfit - I'm in very conservative field, I usually wear black suits, so brown is a bit experimental.

As long as it's not raining I think they would be fine to wear still. You could wear them with thick wool tights and a dress/trench coat

Lamalone, my queation was about the brown skirt. I still have not received the Fendi bag. BTW the bag will go with your shoes!

I think you can wear these shoes in the fall with thick black pantyhose, black skirt a black sweater. Of course jeans, too. I love the colour.

Finally I got my Fendi bag. It is quite different in real life. It's huge and soft, so it looks more relaxed then in the picture from NM.com. Also the color - neither of this 2 pictures - mine and the NM.com picture give the right idea of the color. It's brown/purple/red - with the shine from the pony hair, the F is black with the softness of suede. I guess this bag should be treated like the classic LV bags - meaning it can be worn with everything.
Yesterday I wore it with my brown YSL skirt and the YSL jacket from this suit, white shirt and brown tights
Today I'm wearing a black skirt suit with cream blouse, black shoes, black tights and the only reference to the brown of the bag is my Hermes orange/brown/cream scarf and my brown strap watch.
My question is I'm a really right - can I wear it with everything /well almost/

I think you are right aris- it can go with most everything. But also a black&brown bag with Black&Brown shoes is a little too MAtchy IMO. I'd just go with plain back shoes

I'd tuck them into knee-high boots! But if you want them to be recognised as 3/4 trousers, just wear them with opaque tights an pumps/ankle boots...

Aris-i think you can wear any color with that even turquoise i dont think i spelled that right but you know what mean.Like i saw a pretty turq.v-neck sweater yesterday at Express if you shop there.but the blk/brown shoe and the purse is a bit much.
