I just completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Akron, a small state college located in Akron, Ohio, and received a Bachelors Degree in English literature and a minor in art history. Though it was not my first choice, I plan on going to grad school at NYU for journalism in the fall. I plan on re-applying to Parsons and applying to Central St. Martins for their MA fashion programs next year if NYU doesn't work out. The NYU program is only three semesters, though, so it would be pretty foolish of me to transfer if I only had one semester left . We shall see what happens.

Anyone representing Emerson College? We don't have any fashion majors other than costume design, but we do have a huge Fashion Society and the largest student run fashion show in the country (or so I've been told). I'm their webmaster and a designer!

Sure, you can check out the website here (http://emersonfashionsociety.com), although it's summer and we haven't been in session. I think I'm gonig to do the layout over once I get all the press and photos from fashion week.
