I need help:cry: . I am going to a vip birthday party at a film studio. The party is from 8-12 and the dress is california cassual. I have no idea what that means. Anyone out there know?
 
hey hun. i think california casual means high street clothing.

dont come off dressy at all. great jeans, tees or tanks, cute jackets, be funky wear sassy dress shoes.

Marcella, I agree. California Casual...that sounds like a bootleg clothing store or something. :angry: I live in Los Angeles, CA...and to me there is no such thing as california casual. California Casual sounds so cliche and touristy to me!

Actually...it kinda does sound like a store:huh: Well from observing people our style is very laidback, but there really isn't a certain look I can pin it down to.

I think the name of the store you may be referring to is Casual Corner, right? Yeah, I agree the style is very laidback but you're right...you can't pin it down.

The babysitters club! I remember reading those all the times! And I remember Dawn. :)

California Casual.. I totally think jean skirt, flip flops, and a polo or halter top. I'd say it'd be the epitome of casual... like Laguna Beach style.
