What Kind Of Car Do You Drive?

punkie said:
I just bought a maroon Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited edition :woot! :)
My old car is a beautiful green Ford Mustang. It is still sitting in the garage waiting for its next owner. :( I really want to keep it for summer.

What year/style Mustang? V6/V8/Cobra?

My boyfriend is really into Mustangs.

Our cars:
96 Jeep Cherokee- Kinda crappy, it was only $750.
'92 LX Calypso Green Mustang GT
A van to haul my boyfriends band in LOL.
A 2000 Kawasaki Ninja street bike

We had a Corvette '76 but i didn't like driving it so we sold it.
We had a '95 Black Mustang GT that my boyfriend was known for in town- Sold
'88 White Mustang GT- Sold

Now we are looking for a truck in case the Jeep breaks because it will be winter soon :(

I'm terribly afraid to drive at night. I hate it. I get sick to my stomach. It's like a phobia. It's weird. I try to avoid it at all costs.

If I lived in a city I would probably walk everywhere. But I live in the country. Blah.

I can't believe I never posted here. Me, of all people. Here's a pretty close picture of what my car is, a 1987 Buick Grand National. Don't let the looks fool you, she's been worked over to around 400 or so horsepower, and assloads more of torque. I used to race a lot back in the day, she's made me a lot of money in the streets :)

This is me having fun:

Right now I'm restoring a 1981 El Camino SS and a 1971 Ford LTD.

i also have a Jeep Cherokee, Subaru, and my Puch moped gets me around at 100mpg. Getting a little cold to take that to work though.

ZP1Chick My mom had the Kawasaki ninja too but she totalled it. Now she has a different bike (I've forgotten the name, anotther japanese sports bike).

Personally I take public transit. Sob!!!!!!

I drive a 96 Eclipse, stick! hooray! :D
When I get a new car, I want a Nissan 350z. Or hey, my mom's '77 Corvette, either one works.

I haven't bought one yet ( still have to pass my test ) but I'm looking for a Ford KA or a Toyota Yaris

i refuse to drive. cars are ridiculous. i ride a bike.

You never had to commute 70 miles a day if you feel that way.

Maybe francesca chooses to live in a country/town where commuting 70 miles isn't neccessary...

I just think answering a post that doesnt apply to you with a snide remark is in bad taste and tiresome - hence, my response.

When my little Saturn was in its death throes, and slipping all over the winter roads of New Hampshire, we test-drove the Audi Quattro A6, BMW 3-series, and Mercedes C-class. The Audi was the only one we couldn't make skid, and a better value. I wouldn't say it's the most reliable vehicle out there, and has had some annoying things go wrong; but it kept me in one piece and rarely skidded in the snow.

I'm itching to get a new car now, but am going to hold out for a luxury hybrid. I confess, part of me wants a VW beetle in lime green. They're so cute!
