If you can figure out the title of the article it's in or approximate page number, see if you have a local library that can do an interlibrary loan for articles.

That's usually what I do when I want random articles from exotic Vogues that aren't digitized (anything other than Vogue US or Italia lol). Sometimes they'll even scan them in colour for me.
