I think Alek Wek is just one of the coolest looking women around. I love seeing her in magazines.

I also like Karen Elson, though I think maybe she's not working so much these days. I like her untraditional looks and verve...in all the pictures I've seen her in, she seems to be thoroughly enjoying herself.

Fernanda Tavares- I've read that she doesn't drink, smoke, or do drugs, but she loves to dance all night. She doesn't starve herself to meet some insane standards of "beauty", and refuses to model fur because some of the animals die horrible deaths and she said that fashion should "be about being happy".
In short,she seems like a responsible, fun, and kind person, as well as being gorgeous.

i really admire natalia vodianova as well. i think she has come so far from poverty. and she seems like she's still remained really sweet and caring even if she has become famous. she still looks after her family back in russia even if she is caring for a son and a husband.

I find myself fascinated with Natalia Vodianova's story ... it makes you feel all warm and fuzzy.
On the other hand ... I think you definitively can admire models ... I've heard from people who are in the bussiness and have met Alek Wek how she's so down-to-earth and an absolutely beautiful person inside and out.
She tries to help the causes close to her heart, she's not a victim ..she's proactive and she cares for her family and has her own -bag- bussiness.
I mean ... she's been like FOREVER and still does ... she's completely professional and which woman would't feel accomplished with how she lives and where she's at?
