.......

and at your age?....
wow......
:ninja:

i wore a sage green silk slip dress.....
the very top was a pale lilac....
and there was a strip of beading just under the breast with corals, oranges, reds, greens, etc....
cocktail length.....

wore a dusty pink/purple stiletto that wrapped around my ankle and had a small cluster of stones....

and a long tan leather cord necklace with a big green stone....

it was a magnificent dress....
definitely very different to what everyone else was wearing.....i copped a lot of looks.....many good and i'm sure some bad.....

i still wear the dress....

i just recently looked at the louboutins i wore that night and they don't look at all like the louboutins they're doing today... the shape was much different, but i think they recently brought back a similar style with a higher heel and a smaller bow.

We don't have proms in the Netherlands...:(

I wore this vintage dress I bought off ebay  (for less than $30) with turquoise peep-toe pumps. I also shortened this dress to above-the-knee.

meowmix, lucky girl! I love that LV collection (especially those watercolor pieces )

I wore:
A classic black tuxedo with flatfront pants (I, like Diorling, hate pleats)
A black silk/cotton blend dress t-shirt
Black shiny (not patent, just shiny) shoes
Charcoal silk pocket square
YSL/Gucci knockoff sunglasses I got in Chinatown for 5 bucks

Overall it was a very "Gucci" look (which was what I was going for) and I hate ties so the tee was perfect.

Then to my prom afterparty I wore the tuxedo jacket, a vintage inspired Jimi Hendrix concert tee, jeans and flipflops.

I looked good :P

Aww, Senior Prom. So long ago. I was the most unfussy date ever. I just wore a simple lavender dress, silver shawl, and silver heels. Silver accessories. I wasn't as in love with fashion then.

I remember the hair stylist didn't know what to do with my hair... it was quite long, and I wanted it curly and gorgeous, but I should have known if I couldn't get it to curl, nobody would have special powers to make it do so, either. I hated wearing my hair up, so I had to put it up in some odd way... ugh.

Ah, and when all the girls were hitting the tanning beds, I was slathering on my bronzing gel just that night.

Nope we dont even have a formal !! How gay is that ?!!
In like yr 9 + 10 we have a "social" were (because im at an all girls school ) another guy skool comes and its silly , all the gay girls are all shy so it ends up half boys on one side and half girls on the other  quite amusing actually, but nuhh so we dont have n e thing like a formal or a prom here
But u no i want the whole feeling of a prom , its so special there .. id love to be part of one but hey ! thats one thing in my lifetime that`ll never happen ! hehe

ooh prom..so many good memories! Both my senior and Junior year, at the time of prom, I was dating the same guy and he was so cute!! The picture I attached is the dress I wore my Junior year. I cropped it wierd, because I'm bad at photo shop and because in the picture it was being worn on stage in a play. I tried to cut out the hideous "cinderella step sister" accessories. It was light blue with a cut out at the mid section and rhinestones in that cut out area
My Senior year I wore a two piece pink dress from Victoria's Secret. The top was sequin-y and I wore pink flat shoes with little bows. I think any other pictures I could post are back in my hometown. But thanks for bringing this topic up:smile:

Ayeee but we have A Deb which is practilly the sameeeeeeeeee :D
