when are the sales year-round?

when are things usually on sale at the mall? at times, ive went shopping for clothes at the mall, and coincidentaly there has been like a grand clearance sale going on where almost everything is 'on sale'.. but ive not yet pinpointed when these 'on sale' times happen.

so when exactly are these special times year-round?

usually there are two sales per year. one happens during summer and the next one after christmas. these are the huge sales, and then some shops have like one day sales when ever they want

IMO there is a sale nearly 60% of the time; one day sales, special evenings with discounts, mid season sales...your best bet is to sign up to stores mailing list...that's how I found out about all sales including ones online!
