I started drinking tea last winter, but then stopped when spring and summer came. But now I've gotten back into it, after seeing this thread a couple of days ago. When reading that some of you drink like 4 cups a day, I thought that was too much for me, but these last couple of days has proved me wrong, so now I gladly drink about 4 cups a day (if not more)
I will though admit that most of what I drink are from Lipton, Twinnings and Pickwick, which I guess all are non organic, so are a lot of the health benefits lost in non organic teas?
I do drink organic teas as well, such as green tea from Celetial Seasonings, and a herbal tea that I really like from Fredsted (I think it's a danish brand).
I'm actually getting tempted now to go, after school, down to an organic grocery store, and buy some organic tea, and maybe first stop by 7-Eleven and buy a cup of tea for the walk.
Yes, I know I have tendency to get really obssesed with the things I'm into.
