White & Green tea

I don't see how it could be of harm to anyone

And yes, white, green and normal black tea all come from exactly the same plant. They're just fermented/oxidized differently.

I just bought a box of Twinning white tea from the supermarket. 20 teabags/ 50g = $5, seems too cheap? So maybe the quality/benefits are not as good? Dunno
At least it tastes better than green tea

White tea with rose is quite nice

Fashion Junkie...I hope you find some!

You can get a pack of Clipper white tea with 20 teabags for £1.49 here! So around $3!
It does make me question the quality, but it's delicious.

I've been drinking green tea for the last few months, and it's made a difference. I drink it hot in the mornings, but keep some cold in the fridge for throughout the day. I don't add sugar or anything else to it, so it's definitely better than the sweet tea or yoohoos (that I love dearly) I used to drink so much. I prefer it hot, though, and I buy the boxes of teabags opposed to it pre-made in bottles or anything.

I'm a new convert to green/peppermint tea... My two favourite teas in one! ^_^

I think the best tea I have ever every drunk is Organic Green tea and Yasmine by Good earth. It's soo good, it is naturally a bit sweet, yummy. I like all their teas, they do a nice red/rooibus tea and white tea with citrus flavour. And it's not only delicious, it's philosophical, haha as it has philosophical quotations written on the piece of paper dangling from the tea bag. ^_^

My favorite white teas: Snapple strawberry white tea (yes, Snapple makes tea bags)
Zhena's Gypsy Tea white tea with rose and peppermint

Green: Allegro pomegranate green tea

Green tea and pommegranite is really nice, but I've only seen it in Japan. Does it exist anywhere else?

(o.O my first post)
I noticed this right before I posted... I know it is available in the US at least, from Allegro... :P

I'm currently having my first cup of green tea. I don't think I let it sit long enough though, since the taste is a little different. Haha, I'm sure I'll get used to it with time.
It does take a little getting used to, but once you do you'll never look back! :flower:
Green tea makes my insides happy.

I drink a cup of white tea in the morning before, during or after breakkie. I also try and have pure green tea after every meal or just during the day. I really love green tea I can drink it whenever wherever hot or cold. NEVER use sweetener and if u must add some honey

^ sounds good to me.

I now only drink white tea (as it has more antioxidants) but I miss green tea.

Chrysanthenum (sp?) tea is good...it just comes as bags of dried flowers, i found it in a chinese supermarket, i think it's meant to be good for your eyes and liver and stuff, but it just tastes really good!

edit: sorry if i was only meant to post about green/white tea in this thread...i'm not sure...

Yes! I thought I was the only one I really like this with a bit of lemon as the vitamin C helps all the antioxidants last longer and makes the green tea more effective. Peppermint tea is anti androgenic which means it picks up excess hormones in your body which means its great for you skin!

im very geeky when it comes to tea!B)

Ive heard green tea helps to burn calories :P and is good to drink with a piece of cake lol  But regardless , I love it a lot - purely green herbal tea. Plus, a white tea ( with no add ons like jasmine and such pls!).

Ooh i want to find green tea and peppermint! I'm having a green tea right now to compensate a little for drinking last night ^_^

really? i drink green tea daily and nothing
but sometimes its better than plain water

What type of results have you noticed from drinking green tea?

I'm loving Earl Gray Green Tea at the moment. I could do without the strong flavor of black tea and I love bergamot. Perfect when I'm groggy in the morning, the scent is lovely.
