Work Out (Bravo Reality Show)

Does anyone here watch Work Out on Bravo? It on Tuesdays nights. It is my newest reality show addiction. I really like Jackie and think that she is very inspiring as a trainer. Hopefully, I am not the only one who watches because I want to hear other opinions!

I happened to catch a portion of this show and thought i might try watching. I don't watch much TV though so i hope i can remember. I caught the part of the show where Jackie is explaining to her mom that she and her partner want to have a baby. Jackie has the hottest bod and i love her style. I think the long haired girl (rebecca) goes to one of my yoga classes...

Rebecca really goes to your yoga class? Hmmm..wonder if she is stealing moves! LOL. I totally love this show, so I would be so tempted to go up to her. I bet she is in awesome shape.

Speaking of awesome shape, Jackie does have a killer bod. She is still really petite and feminine yet very defined. I actually find her to be very inspiring.

I felt bad that her mother is so against her relationship with Mimi. It seems like her mom has her own issues which could be why she reacts that way. She said something about not being a good parent, so maybe she has some guilt about that. Her religious beliefs also contribute to her opinion, but still...it's her daughter! I am curious to see if her mom appears in the show again or becomes more accepting.

I couldn't stand it when Jackie's mother said something along the lines of "Would I rather her not be gay? Of course" or "Of course I wish she weren't gay" That's her own daughter she's talking about! I'm the type of person who just wants everyone to be happy whenever...whatever makes them happy, so I can't even grasp that her mother would rather her be miserable than gay!

I think Erika seems like such a nice girl too...when she was training the woman who was considering breast reduction and she was like "If you're ever craving a french fry...just call me" And her struggle with bulimia, and now being a personal trainer is really inspiring as well.

i think her mom could be more tolerant. But i have to admit that i would be a little leery of the whole "insert my egg into my partners womb" thing. I understand really wanting to feel like the child is mine and my partners, but wow what a messy legal situation it would be if they ever did split.

I would say that it's nothing different than a heterosexual relationship with the egg being inserted into your partner, but yeah I guess it would be much more difficult if they split because of legal issues, never being legally married, etc.

I agree. I caught me totally off-guard, but I am hooked...which is good because I needed something to get me over the fact that The Hills just ended.

I love it too- gives me inspiritation to move my butt off the couch. Rebecca is my fav. trainer by far.

Jackie's relationship with Mimi is just strange. I'm suprised they have lasted this long.

They do seem like sort of an odd couple, and I think it is because Mimi is sort of immature. I was really surprised that she is only in her mid-20s. For some reason, she looks older to me.

Her mom made me very angry, she was being so selfish but I loved how Mimi just came out of nowhere and just threw those questions into the air to get her to talk. Sure it might start conflict but its better than everyone being tightlipped about it.

I am so psyched for a new episode tonight! I can't remember seeing any previews for it, so I have no clue what it is about this week.

i cant beleive everything that happen on tonights episode! ( aug 10 ) i dont want to spolit it for anyone.. bvut my god- her staff was so ridiculous acting when jackie went away for a few days, id be so pissed if i was her.

^ I couldn't believe that Jesse went along with everything! She really adored him....and now he is screwed royally. I felt bad for Erica. I didn't see her as having a power trip. I think she just really wanted to do a good job while Jackie was away. As for the woman that Jackie was training.....hmmmm....there was a bit of chemistry there. Cannot wait for next week!

^ Jackie definitely doesn't seem like the type who would ditch a long committed relationship for a fling with someone who flirts with her. I think more than anything, Jackie was flattered that the socialite found her attractive. In next week's previews, it does look like Mimi gets jealous that Jackie went out to dinner with that woman though. I think Mimi's jealousy is going to drive Jackie crazy!
