This is more like a wish: Zendaya to recreate Michaela Bercu's November 1988 cover for Anna's last issue.

Vogue.com recreated that cover with Gigi Hadid for a 2014 shoot. My wish is to have real models

Are we certain September is Anna's last issue as.... whatever they're calling the EIC role these days? She's still in her role, and the fall and even winter issues are already in varying stages of development. I think it would be nice if she finished up through the November issue, have American Vogue do another guest-edited December issue (Sofia Coppola would be the dream, especially since the theme is mothers and daughters.... maybe Anna and Bee can get a cover and Sofia and her daughters, Romy and Cosima lololol) and then the new head of editorial content starts with their first official issue in 2026.

What are the chances of Swift promoting her new album on the October cover? Once upon a time, a showgirl themed spread by Annie Leibovitz would've been imminent - and very fun. Mert & Marcus photographed her Reputation visuals back then, then photographed her again in promotion of the album for British Vogue. Perhaps the same combination this time? Who knows. Could be interesting.

Also could we expect more international celebrities on cover of Vogue Arabia now that magazine has a conde nast team behind it? (Also Kris Jenner is the september issue cover, could this mean Bezos friends will be covering more covers from this point on...?)
